Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason (§ 355 BGB; Art. 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Use the button below to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, or to start a return for an item that has already been delivered.
Because every item we sell is an authenticated, second-hand luxury good, returns are subject to the condition requirements below and in our Return & Refund Policy. Please read them before you withdraw.

Return conditions for second-hand items (please read first)
The law lets you examine an item as you would in a shop. Under Art. 14(2) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 357a BGB you remain liable for any loss in value (Wertersatz) that results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Every bag comes with a single-use security tag, attached the same way as the tag on new clothing. You are free to inspect the bag, but please keep this tag attached and unbroken if there is any chance you will return it.
- The tag simply shows the bag was inspected, not worn or used. It is physically fixed to the bag and cannot be reattached once broken. A removed or broken tag means the bag has been used beyond a normal inspection, so under § 357a BGB the return can no longer be accepted.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, no signs of handling beyond inspection) with all original packaging and accessories (dust bag, box, authentication card, straps, etc.).
- The right of withdrawal applies to EU-resident consumers. Full conditions, fees and exclusions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Instructions on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB; Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (For The Love of Bags – Francesca Berta, Berlin, Germany; support@thebagdrop.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement — the withdrawal button above, the model form below, or a letter or email. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period expires.
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value (Wertersatz) of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Art. 14(2) Directive 2011/83/EU; § 357a BGB). For our products, a removed or broken single-use security tag shows the bag was used beyond inspection, so the return can no longer be accepted.
