We ship our items worldwide and shipping costs vary depending on your location.. We aim to process and ship your order within the next working day, however please note that in rare cases delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. - Germany: free shipping - Other EU countries: from 15€ - Rest of the world: from 30€ The shipping cost is calculated once you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that delivery may take longer due to external factors such as customs clearance and holidays. Are duties and taxes included? Please note that customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the price on Thebagdrop.com.

What is the expected delivery time?

Europe: 1-4 business days. Outside Europe: 3-6 business days (it may take longer due to external factors such as customs clearance). Can I return my item?

Thebagdrop.co offers a 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order. The right of withdrawal, as it applies in the European Union and certain other countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), is exclusively available to consumers within this legal scope. If you are outside this region, you are excluded from this right. In order to request a return, please email info@thebagdrop.com with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. Once your return request is approved, you may ship your returned item. The thread and security label on the items must not be cut or damaged; - Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with any provided kit (dustbags and tags); - Returns of used, washed or damaged items will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You must use a tracked shipping method and ship within 7 days of return confirmation. Thebagdrop.co reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all conditions stipulated. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.
